The 1998 46m Pendennis-built yacht MOATIZE is offered for sale and benefits from a significant 2019-2020 refit.

Designed by Dubois Naval Architects and with interior design by RWD, MOATIZE is a quality custom-built world-class long-range motor yacht, built at the luxury British yard’s Falmouth base.

Since launch in 1999, she has been maintained to the highest international standards. With a lifetime of continual upgrades and well-documented annual maintenance periods, she presents in superb condition.

Inside, her navy and white interiors give her a fresh and inviting atmosphere. In the main salon there is a comfy lounge area aft, with a formal dining area forward.

MOATIZE can accommodate 15 guests across seven cabins, including a full-beam Owner’s suite forward on the main deck. Cabins are luxuriously appointed and en suites are finished in marble.

Out on deck, MOATIZE has lots of options for entertaining, including an all-weather 360-degree panoramic sun deck with Jacuzzi, while an internal lift makes the deck spaces accessible for all.

As part of her recent refit, MOATIZE yacht completed her five-year survey, had new paintwork to the hull and topsides, and a gym was set up and equipped with rowing and running machines and a TV.

MOATIZE also now has an inflatable swim platform set up that can accommodate Jet Ski and tender docking. She comes with a 2019 Custom 5.2m Sea Jay fishing tender and a 3m rigid inflatable crew tender, as well as a pair of Sea-Doos
