Edmiston sells half of the industry’s largest yachts
Edmiston has been behind three of the six biggest industry-wide yacht deals this year, making our brokers the most efficient in the industry
Edmiston’s sales figures for 2021 continue to perform above par, with 20 yachts over 30m sold so far this year. Edmiston also holds a 40% market share of sales of yachts over 50m.
In May alone, we have sold six yachts, with a total length of 284m, including the 52m 2003 Amels yacht DEJA TOO and the 65.7m Amels yacht VENTUM MARIS – the 6th largest yacht to sell across the industry this year.
To date, the largest and highest value brokerage sale of the year is that of 72m Tankoa-built yacht SOLO. A 2018 Francesco Paszkowski-designed masterpiece in excellent condition that offers the perfect combination of performance and luxury.
Another achievement for Edmiston was selling our second 60m Benetti of the year ANDIAMO, after selling ANDREAS L in January. Our fastest selling yacht so far this year in the over 40m category was 4YOU (now REVELRY), which sold in just 51 days.
We have the highest number of sales per broker in the industry, making our team the most efficient brokers in the superyacht sector and over a third of our yachts have been sold in-house.
Among our exciting new CAs for 2021 are the 57m Feadship HALO, which has just completed a multi-million Euro refit. HALO boasts a cutting-edge design, impressive features, and world cruising capabilities.
Other new additions to the Edmiston sales fleet this year, include MOON SAND, VOYAGER, MORNING GLORY, DE-DE, AYNI, LADY VICTORIA, SOFICO, ISA GT45, BINA, FIVE WAVES and LATITUDE.
With new yachts joining our books as fast as we’re closing deals, it is further evidence that at Edmiston we don’t just list yachts, we sell them. For further information, please contact us.
