Edmiston will work with an owner on the design and development of a yacht, including the general arrangement, specifications, tenders and overseeing the build contract.
Once in build, we can offer hands-on project management, which includes the project’s budget. We will ready your yacht for use by purchasing equipment, recruiting crew and arranging surveys and audits. We ensure a smooth transition to operations by overseeing sea trials, delivery and acceptance protocols.
