Her naval architecture is by the esteemed Espen Øino, while her flashy interiors by Candy & Candy use a rich collection of materials and boast an ostentatious contemporary style that will impress even the most discerning of guests.
There are nods to 1930s Hollywood in her luxurious details, which include Lalique fittings, silk carpets, high-gloss ebony and backlit onyx, but this yacht is anything but stuck in the past. Her large media room has a 103-inch Plasma, but guests are often too distracted by the rotating solar system on the ceiling – the world’s first segmented sun orrery chart – to worry about what’s on the screen.
SEALYON yacht can accommodate 12 guests across six cabins, including an outstanding split-level master suite on the main deck with high windows allowing for panoramic views and a large marble bathroom with built-in TVs, plus a VIP and two doubles and two twin cabins.
Formerly known as Candyscape II, SEALYON yacht is the winner of many accolades, including Best Displacement Motor Yacht 500GT-1,299GT at the 2010 World Superyacht Awards for which special mention was made of her external deck areas.
Her outdoor spaces are indeed jaw-dropping, with her split-level sun deck the stuff of summer dreams, thanks to its revolving circular sunbed, a dining table that converts to a stage, Jacuzzi with chromatherapy lighting, bar and outdoor cinema.
Guests can move around the yacht with ease thanks to a glass elevator that runs from the lower deck to the bridge deck.
For guests who like to keep fit, there’s a well-equipped gym on the main deck with Technogym gear and plenty of watertoys to keep them amused, from the Castoldi tender, to towables, Seabobs and a 7m freestyle slide.
Powered by Caterpillar engines, SEALYON yacht has a top speed of 17 knots and cruises at 15 knots. She is also has space for 16 crew onboard.
